Entrepreneurship

Jeunesse 243 is the first professional social network dedicated to employment, training, and entrepreneurship for young Congolese people aged 18 to 40, in the DRC and across the diaspora.

The platform aims to connect talents, recruiters, job seekers, companies, institutions, training providers, and investors, in order to structure a digital ecosystem of opportunities serving the Congolese youth.

In this context, Jeunesse 243 seeks to connect young people to employment, subcontracting, and training opportunities arising both from the national economic fabric, notably through companies that are members of FEC (Federation of Enterprises of the Congo), and from international strategic investments, particularly those stemming from the global strategic partnership between the DRC and the United States, as well as investments from Qatar.

Furthermore, in a context marked by the recent partnership concluded between Cisco, Cybastion, and the Ministry of Youth, which provides for the training of 250,000 young Congolese over a period of five years, Jeunesse 243 intends to play the role of a relay platform.

The objective is to facilitate the identification, guidance, and connection of young people with these structured training programs, in order to strengthen their employability, their professional qualifications, and their integration into local and international value chains.

VISION

To make Congolese youth a central economic actor—skilled, connected, and value-creating—capable of meeting the needs of both local and international markets.

MISSION
  • Facilitate access to employment by enabling companies and recruiters to publish job opportunities, allowing job seekers to apply in one click, and by organizing job fairs, job dating sessions, and professional immersion programs.
  • Promote vocational and professional training
  • Encourage youth entrepreneurship
  • Structure a reliable Congolese professional network
  • Enhance and promote local and diaspora skills

ECOSYSTEM:
FEC & Economic Partnerships

Connecting Congolese youth to the national economic fabric and strategic partnerships.

Jeunesse 243 is part of a collaborative dynamic with national and international economic actors, with the aim of fostering sustainable professional integration and strengthening youth participation in the economic development of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

To this end, the platform intends to work in synergy with the Federation of Enterprises of the Congo (FEC), a key pillar of the Congolese private sector, with the objective of connecting young talents to businesses, whether they are FEC member companies or other structured economic actors.
This collaboration aims to facilitate access to job opportunities, internships, professional assignments and subcontracting opportunities generated by the national economic fabric.

Furthermore, Jeunesse 243 positions itself as a bridge platform between Congolese youth and strategic economic partnerships, particularly those arising from the "Global Strategic Partnership" between the DRC and the United States, as well as investments from Qatar.
These dynamics offer significant prospects in terms of job creation, skills development and the structuring of value chains.

Within this framework, Jeunesse 243 is also part of a broader ecosystem of complementary platforms, working to connect talents, job seekers, recruiters, businesses, the diaspora and investors, in support of the economic development of the DRC.

Through this network of partnerships, Jeunesse 243 aims to play a facilitating economic role, by bringing together businesses, investors, institutions and young talents, within a logic of complementarity, value creation and inclusive development.
